Our mission is to provide communications network infrastructure solutions that maximize customer and shareholder value while respecting community and environmental interests.

What we do
With core expertise in all aspects of site deployment, we deliver turnkey access to over 350 communications towers, over two million electric distribution poles, existing multi-carrier DAS networks and more than 525 sub-station locations where we can build towers. Plus, we have over 1,100 available route miles of fiber optic network, three carrier class data centers, and managed fiber backhaul services. Lightower is focused on building, acquiring, owning, and operating long-term, substantial communications and infrastructure assets--and most importantly, forging innovative partnerships with our customers. A little history about our enterprise
Lightower was formerly National Grid Wireless, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Grid. In May 2007, M/C Venture Partners and Wachovia Capital Partners joined together to purchase the business from National Grid. We changed our name to Lightower to better communicate our business and vision for its future.

Lightower US operations are headquartered in Boxborough, MA, with regional offices in Clifton, NJ and Columbia, MD.
