As a Lexent customer, what do I need to do?
As an existing customer of Lexent or Lightower, no action is required on your part. You will continue to receive the same great service and customer care to which you are accustomed.
When will the Lightower-Lexent merger close?
The Lightower-Lexent merger closed on November 30th, 2010. Moving forward, please contact Lightower for all inquires and customer support requests.
What will happen with my services?
All customers will continue to receive the same excellent service they currently enjoy. Also, former Lexent customers can now take advantage of the entire suite of Lightower services and all Lightower service locations. This includes over 5,500 fiber miles throughout the Northeast plus access to over 2,100 commercial buildings.
Lightower services include Ethernet, WDM wavelengths, SONET, Internet access, nationwide long haul, dark fiber, and collocation services.

Should former Lexent customers expect to see any changes in billing and invoicing?
Any potential future changes to the appearance of your bill will be communicated directly to all customers prior to those changes taking place.
